Wellbeing at the Museum is an invitation to slow down, to listen, to sense, to reflect. It is a space for imagination, for connection, for simply being. If this resonates with you, join us next time. Let’s explore the art of being human together.
A museum is more than a place of quiet observation. I is a space where inspiration meets reflection, where art and energy intertwine. In the third episode of Wellbeing at the Museum (Literatur & Qigong), we embraced this idea fully, stepping into a conversational space free from the pressures of optimisation.
The theme of our third session was Nature -- a subject that connects deeply to our senses. With carefully chosen passages from Hermine Schuring’s book A Life in Service we explored the profound relationship between language and experience, between words and the worlds they create within us.
The museum served us once more as a source of inspiration. What stood out in the exhibition was the idea of humans as seismographs - sensitive beings attuned to the shifts in their surroundings. How often do we actually ignore the subtle cues of a place; the energy of a space; the whispers of transformation in the air?
Combining text passages and gentle Qigong movements, we attuned ourselves to these energies. The diversity of voices in the group brought once more fresh perspectives. Together, we created a shared experience, embracing a sense of presence, curiosity, and wonder. #wellbeing #poetryinbusiness #talkshop2cg #2cg #nature #futureliteracies #museum #artspace #inspiration #reflection #resilience #conversation #sharing #newness #innovation #embodiment #qigong #sensorium #engagement #curiosity #wonder
